Redrust is quite an appropriate name for this territory, due to the color of this lake's water. To simply explain, red clay that lies at the bottom of this ancient lake has been eroding and changing the color of the water over the years. This water may look dangerous, but it's a good source of minerals for this territory's inhabitants. This area may not have a very 'unique' history, but it's one of the largest water sources that is actually consumable, meaning isn't infested with parasites or filled with oil, in all of Desura. If you haven't already noticed, that's pretty hard to come by.
