The name tells all. This river was a dump for oil and other flammable substances during the war, and much of these substances are still prominent in the water, meaning that this water is most likely deadly to drink. The river used to flow to a small lake further southward, but it now lies stagnant after the lake dried up about five years ago. The river's water level slowly decreases every year. Because of the oil and what not in the water, fires sprouting out of the stagnant water are a common sight. The wolves are used to it, and it's usually enough to tell them that this water isn't safe to consume.
